Would you like to see Meghan Markle on UK TV shows? Have your say
The Duchess of Sussex has secured a TV role in Australia.

Meghan Markle announced she would be joining Junior MasterChef Australia as a co-host next year, and public opinion of her latest career news has been very mixed. Last week, the Duchess of Sussex confirmed her new role, which will take her to Melbourne next year.
The Duchess, who lives in the UK with her husband and children, will have to fly Down Under for filming. This is believed to take place in the first half of next year.
It won’t be the first time Prince Harry’s wife has been on Australian TV, with the Duchess having appeared as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia earlier this year. While reaction to her appearance on the show was mixed, it seems that producers were keen for her to return.
Meghan herself also seems keen to be back on the big screens, saying that it was an “easy yes” for her. She said in a statement last week: "I had an incredible time with the whole team at MasterChef this past April, so when they approached me to come back and work with this young group of talent, it was an easy yes.
"I love cooking with my own kids, so seeing what these young stars create in the kitchen is going to be a lot of fun. I can't wait to see what they cook up!"
MasterChef Australia judge Poh Ling Yeow, who will also feature on the show, added that she liked working with Meghan Markle this year and is excited to be on TV with her again.
She said: "I had a lovely time filming with Meghan earlier this year, and being reunited will be a real treat. I can't wait to meet our pint-sized culinary adventurers."
While Meghan was a full-time actress before marrying Prince Harry in 2018, she seems to have been pursuing a return to life behind the camera over the last few years. This was seen when she launched a cooking show, “With Love, Meghan”, which was cut after two seasons.
However, with Meghan seeming to have a future on Australian TV, we want to know what you think. Would you like to see Meghan Markle on UK TV shows? Have your say below.

With filming taking place in Australia next year, it is not yet known whether Meghan’s family will fly out with her. This is because Meghan has famously said before that she doesn’t like being away from her children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, too long.
However, as Archie and Lilibet attend school in the UK, it is believed that if filming takes place during term time, Prince Harry may have to stay in Britain with their children while Meghan goes away to film.
The filming dates are yet to be confirmed.
