Liverpool target Mario Gotze is also wanted by Juventus.

The Bayern Munich midfielder, who scored Germany's World Cup winner in 2014, looks set to leave this summer.

Jurgen Klopp is keen to bring him to Anfield but he now faces competition from the Italian side.

Gotze himself has hinted he could move on.

"The last two years were definitely not very simple, we'll see what happens," he said last summer.

"It will work out if Guardiola talks to me more often. I'm going to let everything come to me. Anything beyond that, we'll see."

Manchester United's hopes of signing midfielder Ever Banega could depend on whether Sevilla sign West Brom's Claudio Yacob in the summer.

Banega is out of contract at the end of the season and has been linked with moves to both United and Serie A giants Inter Milan.

And the Daily Mirror claim Sevilla are lining up a £3.5million move for Yacob as Banega's replacement, should they fail to reach an agreement over a new deal for the 27-year-old.
