William Gallas: Tottenham will improve

Spurs go to Reading today still looking for their first win of the campaign.

But Gallas is unconcerned about how the team have started.

“We don’t have to be too much afraid because it’s the beginning of the season, we have a new manager and a new style. We have to be focused,” said Gallas.
