Roy Keane becomes a grandfather again aged 55 - 'Heaven sent us an angel'
Football legend Roy Keane has become a grandfather for the fifth time - son Aidan Keane and daughter-in-law Patsy have welcomed their first child, a baby girl.

Manchester United and Ireland football icon Roy Keane has become a grandfather once again at the age of 55 after his son Aidan welcomed his first child with his wife, Patsy. Aidan, the only son of Roy and his wife Teresa, tied the knot with his long-term partner Patsy at a stunning Welsh ceremony in 2025.
A year later, the couple have become first-time parents to a baby girl. "Heaven sent us an angel girl," Patsy posted alongside a video on TikTok confirming the joyful news, in tribute to her late mother.
Earlier this year, Patsy revealed she was expecting and shared a video capturing the moment she broke the news to Aidan.
She captioned the TikTok clip, which features footage of the couple sharing a kiss at the altar before walking down the aisle and a more recent scene of Aidan discovering he was to become a father: "6 months ago you made me a wife... and now you've made me a mummy.
"The past 6 months you've held my hand through the hardest days I've ever had, but you also gave me my happiest ones.
"I love you more than you'll ever know."

Aidan is the third child of football legend Keane and his wife Theresa, who also share daughters Shannon, Caragh, Leah and Alanna.
Roy welcomed two further grandchildren into the fold last year, and with Aidan's newest arrival, the Cork-born star is now a proud grandfather of five.

His daughter Leah, who is married to Southampton defender and England international Taylor Harwood-Bellis, gave birth to her first child, a little girl named Iris, last December. In April, he revealed on social media that he had welcomed another grandchild with the birth of his third grandson.
"My new grandson, big baby," he posted at the time, undoubtedly alluding to a memorable quip he made about then-Liverpool defender Andy Robertson in the Sky Sports studio that quickly became an internet sensation afterwards.
