Tottenham close in on Stipe Pletikosa

TOTTENHAM are closing in on a deal for Croatian goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa according to his agent – even though he admits he would rather stay at Spartak Moscow.

RELUCTANT: Stipe Pletikosa

“Spurs are to get Stipe on loan for the whole of the season and then will have the first option to buy him,” said his agent Marco Naletilic.
