Daniel Craig reveals his James Bond return

The closing scene of the last James Bond movie saw Craig’s 007 driving off towards Big Ben in his Aston Martin DB5, alongside Léa’s Madeleine.

Seeing as Craig’ Bond films have had a continued story arc from his debut in 2006’s Casino Royale, fans are wondering if his fifth and final outing – set to start filming this year – will tie up some loose ends.

An early rumour last year claimed the Spectre sequel would be a remake of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

Fans will know this as the film where Bond’s wife is shot dead by Blofeld, just after their wedding takes place.

Will Lea Seydoux cameo at the start of James Bond 25?

With this in mind, it’s thought Craig’s final outing could open with Léa’s Madeleine being murdered, before Bond heads off on a revenge mission.

However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Léa Seydoux is set to shoot a movie called The Story Of My Wife next year, which would most likely overlap with Bond 25’s filming schedule.

Pointed out by @Bond25Film, this could mean we won’t be seeing the return of Madeleine.

Nevertheless, it’s still possible the actress could cameo in a death scene if her part was only a couple of days.

Lea Seydoux may have conflicting film schedule meaning she can't do James Bond 25

The Italian actress, 55, said last week: “I would come back if Lucia Sciarra, my character, would be a very powerful Mafia boss and fight with Bond all along.”

Daniel Craig is rumoured to want her to return, after her few short scenes in Spectre.

James Bond 25 will be released in UK cinemas in November 2019.
