Snapper Ed Frommer is demanding £4,700 from Rowe, claiming she defamed him by allegedly lying about an altercation between the two last summer (Jul09).

In a Lancaster, California court on Wednesday (06Jan10), Rowe told a judge Frommer hounded her and repeatedly trespassed on her property following Jackson's death in June.
She denies defaming him.

According to TMZ.com, the judge has taken the case under submission.
Previously, Rowe alleged Frommer lashed out at her as she tried to escape a crowd of paparazzi after dining out in Lancaster - but the snapper denied the claims, insisting it was the former nurse who hit him.
He claimed his reputation had been seriously damaged by her accusations.
